Hello! My name is Lynette Hoopstasy, and my goal is to help you to reach ecstatic happiness with your hoop! I focus on physical wellness as facilitated by the hoop, fun, and laughter. My goal is to help you realize your ability to do things that you never thought that you could (and to help you reach the things that you needed a little help with!).
